Welcome to Elite Emporium. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.
1. About us
Elite Emporium is a GST-registered, Udyam-certified retail enterprise based at 183b, Sadukai Street, Kayalpattinam – 628204, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India. Proprietor: Muhammad Abubucker Siddeek S M N. GST: 33DWGPN3169G1ZF. Udyam: UDYAM-TN-26-0090343.
2. Ordering
- You can place an order by adding items to your cart and clicking Place Order via WhatsApp. The order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it on WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, incorrect address).
- Prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Coupon codes are subject to validity, minimum-order requirements, and combinability rules. We may withdraw or change coupon offers at any time.
3. Payment
- Accepted methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer, and Cash on WhatsApp confirmation.
- If online payment is enabled (Razorpay), payments are processed by the gateway under its own terms. We never see your full payment credentials.
- Your order is dispatched after we confirm receipt of payment, except for Cash on Delivery where dispatch is on order confirmation.
4. Shipping & delivery
- We ship across India. Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499; ₹60 below that.
- Same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 4 PM IST.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
- You'll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp once your order ships.
5. Returns & refunds
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags intact.
- Not eligible: worn or washed clothing, opened cosmetics/perfumes, intimate items, items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrongly shipped.

6. Product accuracy
We make every effort to display product photos and descriptions accurately. Slight variations in colour due to monitor settings may occur. If a product differs significantly from its description, we'll refund or replace it.
7. Use of the website
- You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., scraping, attempting to access restricted areas, transmitting malware).
- Content (text, images, design) on this site is the property of Elite Emporium or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
- Reviews you submit may be published on the site at our discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Emporium's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
