- Cart and wishlist data stored in your browser's local storage — never sent to us until you place an order.
- Order history stored locally in your browser so you can view past orders without an account.
- Anonymous usage data (page visits, scroll behavior) handled by your browser; we don't run third-party analytics on this site.
2. How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To contact you about your order via WhatsApp / phone / email.
- To issue GST invoices when you request them.
- To improve your shopping experience (e.g., "recently viewed", auto-fill from your last address).
3. Who we share it with
We share your details only with:
- Courier partners who deliver your order (Delhivery, India Post, etc.).
- Payment partners if you choose online payment (e.g. Razorpay — they have their own privacy policy).
- Government authorities if legally required (e.g., GST audit).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone for marketing.
4. Cookies and storage
We use your browser's localStorage to remember your cart, wishlist, recent searches, and last-typed delivery details — purely to make your next visit smoother. You can clear this anytime via your browser's "Clear site data" option. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
Order records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax law (typically 8 years for GST records). Other data lives only in your browser and is deleted when you clear it.
6. Your rights

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

Payment data is handled entirely by our payment partners (Razorpay) over HTTPS — we never see your card number or UPI PIN. Our admin panel is protected by Firebase Authentication.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. We'll never reduce your existing privacy rights without your consent.
